You can still find 256MB and 512MB flash drives floating around the market place, but quite frankly, we be disappointed to find one of these in a Cracker Jack box, let alone pay for such quant capacities. Today, 1GB and 2GB drives are the norm, and even those are quickly being replaced by 4GB and 8GB models. Portable memory is one area in which bigger definitely is better, and Kingston comes well endowed with its Data Traveler 150 32GB USB thumb drive.

Kingston Technologies is well known as a maker of enthusiast memory, however they could very easily scale back their operations to the USB flash drive sector and still be a household name. The Kingston Data Traveler Series of USB drives is arguably the most diverse and respected in an extremely crowded field.

Today, HardwareLogic gets up close and personal with the Kingston Data Traveler 150 32GB Flash Drive, Kingston's initial high capacity USB flash drive. Those thinking 32GB drives aren't worth considering need to keep reading - the performance and price may surprise you.

As you can see from the Windows Vista properties page above, this drive formats at a whopping 30GB. Let's not get into what exactly a GB breaks down to, but rest assured, you aren't getting cheated out of 2GB.
